Babybeat is a true baby, which means that it is well-proportioned even when young. Unlike full-size beets harvested young, Babybeat forms a nice, round shape with a small taproot and smooth skin early in growth. The perfect size for cooking or steaming whole.

Planting Information: Direct sow ½” deep. The wrinkled “seedball” usually contains two to four viable seeds, making it necessary to thin to 4” spacings. Sow new beet seeds every 3 weeks for a continual harvest. The leaves are edible as well.
